Room 1
This is one of our Standard rooms, measuring 9m x 5m (45 square metres), which comfortably holds 30 people. It has recently been redecorated and fitted with a whiteboard, suitable for projections and/or presentations etc.

Room 3
This is one of our Standard rooms, measuring 9m x 5.5m (~50 square metres), which comfortably holds 30 people. It has recently been redecorated and fitted with a whiteboard, suitable for projections and/or presentations etc.

Room 4
This is one of our Standard rooms, measuring 7m x 6m (42 square metres), which comfortably holds 25 people. It has recently been redecorated and fitted with a whiteboard, suitable for projections and/or presentations etc.

Room 5
This is one of our Standard rooms, measuring 7m x 6m (42 square metres), which comfortably holds 25 people. It is currently being refurbished and will then be redecorated. It is fitted with a whiteboard, suitable for projections and/or presentations etc. and has numerous Ethernet ports along the walls for high speed broadband connectivity.

Room 6
This is one of our Standard rooms, measuring 8m x 6m (48 square metres), which comfortably holds 30 people. It has recently been redecorated and fitted with a whiteboard, suitable for projections and/or presentations etc. This room is also fitted with an Air Conditioning unit.

Room 6A
This is our small room (office), measuring 3m x 4m (12 square metres). This is our smallest room, and is best suited for for 1:1 sessions, such as interviews or personal mentoring etc.

Room 7
This is one of our Standard sized rooms, measuring 9m x 5.2m (~47 square metres). Two walls in this room are fitted with mirrored tiles and hand rails, making it particularly suitable for dance or ballet classes etc.

Hall
This is our largest room, measuring 10m x 10m (100 square metres), and has recently been redecorated. It is ideal for larger group activities such as exercise classes, Martial Arts, table tennis etc.

Our rooms can be hired for many purposes, be it a board meeting, Staff recruitment and interviews, presentations etc. and are available for hire at very competitive hourly or full day rates. (ring for a quote to meet your personal specification).

We are a popular, well established community facility, serving a large diverse community and offer an extensive range of daytime and evening, activities and facilities; we have an existing user base of over 700 people a week. We benefit from excellent road and public transport links; and there is ample parking available.

We are keen to see your venture succeed, and are here to help to make your event achieve its full potential.

All our rooms are self contained and can feature a range of different set up formats; all benefit from natural daylight. Room 6 also offers high speed broadband access making it particulrly suitable for IT training and Wi-Fi is available throughtout the building.

Our small office - Room 6A, is particularly suited for 1:1 sessions, such as interviews or personal mentoring etc.

Our room hire prices are very competitive and we currently host the following range of user groups:

We will help with to promote your activity (if required), and compile lists of interested parties in your absence. Our staff will ensure the venue is clean, tidy and set out ready for your activity before you arrive.
